Justin has practiced exclusively in the field of Family Law for more than twenty-five years. His career in this field began as a clerk to the Judges of the Norfolk County Probate & Family Court from 1992 – 1993.

Justin represents clients in all areas of Family Law, including divorce, modification, child support, alimony, asset division and child custody issues.

Justin and the Firm take pride in representing clients ranging from professional athletes and corporate executives to police officers, business owners and homemakers. Justin has represented clients in complex asset division cases requiring expert valuation and analysis.

Justin represents clients requiring complex litigation, as well as those seeking third party mediation, conciliation or arbitration. While he has conducted multi day trials throughout his career, he appreciates the common sense and effectiveness of mediation and arbitration.

With over 25 years of experience in the field, there is little Justin hasn’t addressed in Family Law. From that experience, he understands the incredibly difficult decisions and range of emotions his clients face. He will not substitute his own opinion in the place of a client’s, as he understands that each client’s needs or wishes are distinctive and worthy of consideration by any court.

Justin has served and continues to serve as a mediator and arbitrator for Family Court cases and is regularly appointed as a Master by the Probate & Family Court. Justin serves as a volunteer representing children in contested matters through the ARC program, as well.

Justin has been named as one of the state’s “Best Lawyers in the Field of Family Law” for the past several years by Boston Magazine.

In his spare time Justin has coached his son’s youth football and baseball teams and continues to serve on the Board of Directors for Wellesley Youth Football.
